Taxback.com joins in Job Fair 2009 with Invista em Você and CHI

Every year, Invista em Você partnered with CHI - Cultural Homestay International – organizes Job Fairs for the Work & Travel program‘s participants in Brazil.

During the event, participants have the opportunity to choose the job through an interview with CHI, attend lectures, take assistance, and ask questions about the program and about living in the US.

Alan Parker, General Director of Invista em Você, reports that these events are considered the main events of the year for them. "These are moments when we met with most of our students from the whole year," says Alan.

This year taxback.com participated in both events, in Sao Carlos and Sao Paulo, on 30/09 and 02/10, respectively. Lectures on tax refunds and tips on working abroad were given and, during the event, participants took questions and signed up to receive information and tips on working in the U.S., at taxback.com stand.

At the end of each event, Invista em Você and CHI, attended a dinner party organized by taxback.com, in Sao Carlos and Sao Paulo. According to the Marketing Representative of taxback.com Brazil, Graziela Palma, the dinner parties as much as the events were very successful, enjoyable and beneficial for everyone.

"I think events like these are a great opportunity to get closer to great partners such as the CHI and Invista em Você. Together, we can further improve the quality of the program, providing value information and tips to the participants."

CHI team from US also took part at the dinners. “I just met Kieran (taxback.com's Senior Marketing Manager) in Manchester last week. Taxback.com is indeed everywhere. I can not express our gratitude for the support you provide to CHI throughout the years", says Jan King, CHI's Director.
